Allows conferences to begin without requiring the Chairperson to start their meeting via the Chairperson passcode. Must be enabled by Account Executive.

ACCOUNT / BILLING CODES

Allows for a Chairperson to assign a specific numeric code to individual conferences before the meeting begins. The Account Code can be up to 20 digits long and will appear on the invoice.

POST CONFERENCE SUMMARY EMAIL

After a call is completed, the Chairperson will receive an email notifying them of the date and time of the call. A link is provided should the Chairperson wish to view caller details.

SUB CONFERENCING CAPABILITY

This feature allows for up to 15 separate break-out sessions within a single conference using Telephone keypad commands.

CONFERENCE SECURITY CODE

When this prompt is enabled, the Chairperson must determine the 4-9 digit security code to use for the specific conference. Participants will be required to use the predetermined security code to join the conference.

CHAIRPERSON PASSCODE AGING

Allows the Chairperson to set up an expiry time frame (e.g 60 days) for their passcode. 10 days prior to the set expiration, the Chairperson will begin to hear prompts with reminders to change their passcode.

PARTICIPANT ENTRY METHOD

By default, when participants enter/exit a call a two toned beep will be heard. This can be set to SILENT or NAME ANNOUNCE.
