Do you require contracts or monthly commitments?
No! There are No contracts, No commitments and No minimum or maximum usage requirements.

How will I be billed?
You will ONLY receive a bill if you use our service. Invoices are emailed at the beginning of each month and will contain the usage details for the previous calendar month. You will receive both a .pdf and .xls version of your invoice. Historical invoices can be accessed via our Online Billing Portal. All charges are in USD$.

How do you calculate the cost of a call?
For Reservationless Audio Conferencing, we calculate the total minutes for a conference call by adding up the number of minutes each participant is on the call. Ex: A call with 5 participants that lasts 30 minutes would be 5 participants x 30 minutes = 150 minutes x per minute rate = Total Cost of Call

Do you offer Toll-free numbers for participants outside of North America?
Yes, we sure do! We offer toll-free dial in numbers for over 40 countries. View our list of International Toll-free Countries and Contact us at (800) 624-9923 for our International Toll-free rates.

How soon after signing up can I use the service?
Once you’ve completed the online signup, you will receive an email with your conference dial-in numbers and passcodes. There is NO scheduling required with this service, so you can start to use the service whenever you want – 24/7.

Can I have several users on my account?
Yes, of course! Multiple users can be setup for any account. They will have their own access information for hosting conferences – simply check off “Multiple Users Required” when completing the signup process and one of our collaboration experts will contact you to gather your users information.

Can participants outside of North America call into my conferences?
100% Yes! With all accounts an International toll dial-in number will be provided for participants outside of the U.S. or Canada to use. This is a local North American phone number, so international participants will be charged by their phone service provider for any long-distance charges they incur by calling that number.
