Your conferencing service is essential to keep your business running smoothly and efficiently. When service is interrupted, you expect a reasonable and timely response. To ensure that we provide this to you, Unite Conferencing has implemented a service guarantee, which spells out our commitment to prompt customer service for our valued clients.

We’re confident Unite Conferencing will far exceed your expectations with the quality of our equipment and our unparalleled customer service.

However, as with any technology firm, we like anybody else on extremely rare occasion, experience hiccups. Although 99.9% are transparent to our clients and it would be foolish to try to convince you otherwise. How challenges are handled, though, is what sets us apart from the competition.

We handle the issue right away

If you experience a challenge on a conference that is directly related to our equipment although rare, it does happen, you will receive a service guarantee credit* for the entire cost of your conference!

Additionally, a credit of 50% of the value of the conference you experienced a challenge with, will immediately be applied to your account. This simply to further extend our apologies, for the inconvenience you may have experienced. This is the least Unite Conferencing can do….

*Service guarantee credits are applied in the form of minutes for future usage. In the event that Unite Conferencing is prevented from offering service by reasons of Act of God, natural and/or public disasters, government regulations and/or other causes beyond our control, Unite Conferencing shall not be liable to client, during the period that such event persists.
